To block a user, go to their profile, tap the three dots in the top right corner, and select “Block.” The person will not be notified that you have blocked them.
Likes and following
Users you have blocked cannot follow you, and you cannot follow them.
If you block someone you already follow, you will automatically unfollow them. If you later unblock the user, you will need to follow them again if you wish to continue following them.
If you have liked any of the other user’s tises, those likes will be removed. Once a user is blocked, you can no longer like their tises, and they cannot like yours.
Blocked users will not see your profile in search results if they search for you.
Tises and lists
After you block another user, all of their tises will be hidden from your feed, search results, and Explore page.
If they are part of any of your lists, they will be removed. You will also be removed from their lists.
Chat and notifications
Users you have blocked cannot send you messages, and you cannot send messages to them. The existing chat will still be visible to both users, but no new messages can be sent.
Blocked users will not be notified that they have been blocked. However, if they visit your profile, they may realize that they have been blocked. Tise is also an open platform, so if they log out they may still be able to see your tises, but they will not be able to like them.
Transactions and reviews
You cannot block a user if you have an ongoing transaction with them. If you are experiencing problems related to a transaction, please contact customer support.
If you have recently completed a transaction with a user you decide to block, they will still be able to leave a review of you. This helps prevent users from blocking others simply to avoid receiving an honest review.
You can always unblock users you have previously blocked.
Go to Settings → Privacy and Terms → Other → Blocked users, then tap “Unblock” at the top of the user’s profile 💡
