💳 When you receive a bid, the amount is immediately reserved on the buyer's payment card and the payment is then locked for both parties until the transaction is completed. A bid is valid for 6 days and can be withdrawn by the buyer until the seller has accepted the bid.
🤝 When the bid is accepted, you will receive an activation code that you clearly write on the package. Then you deliver the package to your preferred Matkahuolto service point for the shipping. Note that the code is valid for 6 days, so make sure to send the item within this time limit.
📦 Once the item has been collected by the buyer from the service point, the buyer has 24 hours to report any problems with the item in the service. After this time, the item is automatically marked as approved.
