At Tise, we take pride in being part of a society that values transparency and accountability. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of human rights and decent working conditions in our operations and for our partners.

From July 1, 2022, we fall under the Transparency Act. This law ensures public access to information about how we handle the impacts related to fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.

Our commitment to transparency

We work closely with our suppliers and partners to ensure that we live up to our responsibility to uphold human rights and ensure decent working conditions. This is an ongoing process, and we are dedicated to continuous improvement and transparency in our work.

Tise is committed to responding to all written inquiries about our practices around human rights and decent working conditions within three weeks. We aim to ensure that all the information we provide is clear, useful, and up-to-date.

Our work with the Transparency Act

We have conducted a risk assessment to identify the most significant risk areas within the corporation related to human rights and decent working conditions. So far, our assessments have not identified any actual negative consequences, nor a significant risk of negative impact on human rights through the overall risk assessment.

Based on this risk assessment, the following areas have been identified to be prioritized in our ongoing work:

  1. Risk of hate speech and harassment on our platforms

  2. Handling of personal data

  3. Continuing our work on procurement procedures and supplier follow-up

We already have well-established systems and procedures to prevent and, if necessary, mitigate any negative consequences in these areas. This applies in particular to ensuring that hate speech and harassment do not occur on our platforms, and proper handling of personal data.

Our commitment to human rights and decent working conditions means we consistently evaluate and refine our procedures. We strive to ensure that our activities do not cause, contribute to, or directly link us to any violations of these principles.
