Reviewing with Tise Payment 💸
Both seller and buyer can review right away when using Tise Payment.
Reviewing outside of Tise Payment
When you mark an item as sold, an option to pick the buyer for review will show up.
Outside of Tise Payment (e.g. using Vipps), the seller has to give a review first.
In both situations, reviews become visible once both users have reviewed each other or when the 30-day review deadline has passed 🌱
Removing reviews 💬
We believe that a reliable review system is crucial for creating a safe and inclusive marketplace 💚 To maintain the integrity of this system, we have a very high threshold for deleting reviews once they are given.
We only remove reviews if the reviewer requests it or if we receive proof that the transaction never took place. If you need any help, feel free to reach out to Support and provide the Tise-ID and username associated with the review.
We cannot change a review, we can only remove it if it meets the requirements💡
