❓ Can I change the location of the tises I see?
👱💬 When searching for tises on the app, you have the option to choose the distance in which to look for tises. You can choose between "walking distance", "bike distance", "driving distance" or "shipping distance".
Enter "Explore" and continue to a category or search result and find the button at the top left.
❓ How do I discover tisers in other cities?
👱💬 You can change your own location in the app. To do so go to settings in the app and scroll down to the bottom to find the field where it says "Current Location."
❓ How can I see what the highest bid is on a tise?
👱💬 None other than the seller can see who has the highest bid and how much it is.
❓ How do I know when the bidding round has ended?
👱💬 The bid round ends when the seller chooses to accept a bid. Then the item will be marked as sold.
❓ I placed a bid that I regret. Do i still have to pay?
👱💬 Bids are binding. However, you can always try to contact the seller and explain the situation.
❓ I have purchased an item without Safe Payment. The item has not arrived. What can I do?
👱💬 If Safe Payment was not used, unfortunately, there is nothing Tise can do.
However, we encourage you to report users who have committed fraud or suspected fraud. Please send us their username (for example @badguy1234) with a brief description of the situation.
In order to avoid such situations in future, we recommend either meeting face to face to hand over the item (and the payment) or use our own payment solution Safe Payment.
❓ I have bought a product that has not met my expectations. What should I do?
👱💬 If you find that a product does not meet your expectations, you can first evaluate what you could expect from the tise; through pictures, price, description and any reservations.
For example, if you bought a sweater for 5€, you have no reason to believe this should appear brand new. Is there a reservation that "the item is sold as it is" you are weaker, but the description the seller specifies in the advertisement should still be correct. Is the description of the product that "this is in excellent condition", then you should expect this.
If you still believe that the item was not properly reflected in the tise, please contact the seller and try to resolve the situation. For example, you can send seller photos of the item after you received it and describe what did not appear in the tise.
Tise has unfortunately no opportunity to take sides in such a case.
❓ I would like to report a tise, How do I do this?
👱💬 Click the three dots at the top right of the tise. Then select "Report tise".
