How do I give a bid?
To give a bid you click on the red bid button below the tise you want to bid on. Then you enter the amount you want to bid, and whether you want to meet the seller for the handover, or if you'd rather have it shipped. Note that only the delivery options enabled by the seller will be available. It is important that you follow the instructions given in the app.
What do I do when I have placed a bid?
When you have placed a bid the seller has twelve hours to accept the bid, and you will be notified in the app when the buyer accepts or rejects your bid. If the seller accepts your bid you must follow the instructions given in the app. If the seller rejects your bid or the bid times out, we immediately remove the reservation on your payment card.
You selected the delivery method when you placed the bid, and it is now shown in the bid message. If the seller wants to change the delivery option she must reject the bid, so you can place another bid with the correct delivery method. If the bid was placed with delivery option "meet in person" you have five days to meet with the seller. If shipping was selected, the seller now has four days to ship the item.
Make sure to mark the item as received once you receive it.

How do I select the delivery method?
When you place a bid you select if you want to meet the seller for the handover, or if you want to have the item shipped by mail. It is only possible to select the alternatives that have been enabled by the seller. Note that if you want to have the item shipped, the shipping cost selected by the seller is added to the bid.
It is important that you follow the instructions given in the app, and use the delivery option that was agreed upon when the bid was accepted.
How is the payment handled?
When a bid is given the money are reserved on the buyer's payment card. The buyer pays through Tise, and the seller is paid buy Tise. The payout process will start once the item is handed over or delivered to the buyer, and marked as received in the app. It is important to notice that you shall not use other payment services in addition to Safe Payment, as in that case the buyer would risk paying twice for the item.
What does Safe Payment cost?
The transaction cost for Safe Payment is communicated in the app before you place a bid. The information is also visible on the bid after it has been placed.
