Having issues with the app? Here are a few quick fixes to get things back on track:
- Close the app. On iOS double-tap the home button and swipe up. On Android, open the apps currently in use and swipe sideways
- Make sure you're using the latest version of Tise
- Delete and re-download the app via the App Store or Google Play Store. (This won't delete anything on your Tise account)
- Check your network coverage. Try using both WiFi and internet data
