The payment will be initiated when the buyer marks the item as "received" in the app or automatically 24 hours after the item has been confirmed delivered by our shipping provider "Helthjem".
When the item is marked as "received", it usually takes 1-5 business days for the payment to be in your account as long as the payment information in the app's settings is pre-filled.
You should be able to see the expected payout date via the app's settings under "Payouts".
Transfers from us are marked with "Saxo Payments A / S", "TISE ****** (ad code)", "STRIPE", "STRIPE TRANSFER", or "The Currency Cloud Ltd".
The date shown in the app is the last updated date we receive from our payment provider, but we do see cases where the bank date may differ from the date shown in Tise. Usually, the date does not differ more than a day or two.
If you have shipped your item with Tise and don't have received your money after 14 days after the package was sent, please contact the support team and we will try to help you.
