In order to sign in to your account, you need access to the registered email account for that user.
Unfortunately, if you do not have access to that email address or if it was misspelled during registration, we will not be able to regain access to that account.
We understand that this can be frustrating, but this policy is intended to ensure that Tise accounts do not fall into the wrong hands.
To manually sign in to your user, follow these steps:
1. Visit https://tise.com/forgot and enter the email address associated with the user you want to log in to.
2. Open the received email for further instructions on resetting the password on your Tise user
3. Open the app and log in with email and new password under "log in with email" to be logged in with that user.
