If you experience any login issues, check to see if you have:
- the latest operating system installed on the phone.
- attempted a reinstall (you will not lose your user data).
- checked that the storage space on the phone is not used up.
- investigated whether the account may be banned.
- attempted to log in to your account via email.
- tried to only be logged on to Tise with the mobile network. (excludes WiFi problems).
- a suspicion that it is due to a technical error / bug.
