My number is connected to another account

Are you not able to register your phone number or email because its already in use - but you cant recall having another Tise account?

Don´t panic, this is usually an account you registered years ago and haven’t used since.

If you still have access to the phone number or email registered to the account, you can follow this guide to reset the password and delete your old account 🗑

Once your old account is deleted, your phone number will be released and you can easily register it to your current account 🌟

If your account is registered with an old phone number or email, contact support for further help to register your new contact information 🗣
