In order to reset the password to your account, you need access to the registered email account or phone number for that user π
To manually sign in to your user, follow these steps:
1. Visit https://tise.com/forgot and enter the email address or phone number connected to your account

2. Follow further instructions on the received email or text message (remember to check your junk mail too)

3. Open the app and log in with email or phone number with your new password
Unfortunately, if you do not have access to that email address / phone number or if it was misspelled during registration, we will not be able to regain access to that account.
We understand that this can be frustrating, but this policy is intended to ensure that Tise accounts do not fall into the wrong hands π±
