How do I reset my user password?

To reset the password for your account, you need access to the email or phone number registered to that user πŸ’‘

To manually sign in to your account, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://tise.com/forgot and enter the email address or phone number connected to your account.

2. Follow the instructions in the email or text message you receive (remember to check your spam folder as well).
​

3. Open the app and log in with email or phone number using your new password.

Unfortunately, if you do not have access to that email address / phone number or if it was misspelled during registration, we will not be able to regain access to that account.

We understand that this can be frustrating, but this policy is intended to ensure that Tise accounts do not fall into the wrong hands 🌱
