You can usually expect your payout to reach your account within 1-5 business days after the buyer receives the package π°
Why did i get an early payout? π
Reliable users may get their payouts earlier! You can check the expected payout date for your payout in your settings.
Why is my payout a bigger amount than expected? π€
If you have multiple sales within the same period, the payments may be merged and paid out together. This will result in a larger payout amount.
What does it mean to have a negative balance on Tise? π€
Sometimes, a buyer may report an issue with the item they purchased. In such cases, they may receive a partial or full refund. To make this process as smooth as possible for you as a seller, Tise handles the refund directly with the buyer. The details of the refund will be sent to you via your registered email. The refunded amount is recorded as a negative balance on your Tise account and will be deducted from your next payout. This is why, in some cases, you may receive a lower payout than expected.
Date delays? β³
The date you see in the app is the most up-to-date information we receive from our payment provider, Stripe. Occasionally, the date of the payout in your bank might differ slightly from what's shown on Tise, but usually only by a day or two.
Correct payout information? π
If your payout is taking longer than expected and you don't see the money in your account, double-check that your payout information in your settings are correct.
