Occasionally, a package may be returned to the seller due to issues with the buyer's address. If your package is returned to the seller, please contact Support, and we'll sort it out for you πŸ’š


​For buyers πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ

  • If your package was returned due to an address issue, and you're uncertain about the details, please contact the shipping provider for more information
    ​

  • Your purchase will be canceled, and both the product and shipping costs will be refunded
    ​

  • Remember to look through, and possibly change, you address before placing a new bid to prevent it from happening again
    ​

  • Make sure that the name on your mailbox matches the full name you have registered on Tise and in The National Population Register

For sellers 🀝

  • If the package is returned to you due to issues with the buyers address, the bid will be cancelled
    ​

  • Please note: There is no option to resend with the same code; the buyer must place a new bid and you will get a new shipping code
    ​

  • If the payout has already happened, we'll deduct the same amount from your next sale on Tise
