Packing tips ๐Ÿ“ฆ

Use sustainable packaging and pack your items carefully so they fit the contents and can withstand the journey. Feel free to use something you already have at home, such as a shoe box, just make sure the packaging you use is clean and dry.

What if my package contains multiple items?

Pack each item separately to avoid damage. If you are using a box, fill any empty space so the item stays stable during transport.

What should I use as packaging?

Use materials such as old newspapers, fabric, or magazines instead of plastic when packing your items. Use a box if necessary, or recyclable bags.

If you use plastic bags, make sure they are durable, clean, and suitable for transport. If the damage is caused by insufficient packaging, the seller is responsible for covering the damage.

Some packages require extra care ๐Ÿ’Œ

  • Fragile items (porcelain, glass, jewelry)

Wrap items individually and use enough material to protect them. Use a sturdy box with padding to prevent movement.

  • Liquids (skincare, perfume, makeup)

Use resealable waterproof bags to prevent leaks. Add padding to keep bottles stable.

  • Electronics (laptops, phones, cameras)

Wrap the item in old clothes, fabric, or towels, and place it in a box with extra protection.

  • Sharp objects (tools)

Cover the item with old fabric or paper. Use a sturdy box with protective padding.

  • Soft packages (clothing & textiles)

Fold items neatly and pack them in recyclable bags or small boxes with minimal padding.

  • Flat or round items (paintings, posters, yoga mats)

Protect the item with fabric or newspaper and use a flat box. For round items such as posters or yoga mats, you can place them in a box and fill empty space with newspaper to keep the item stable.

Make sure the package matches the size selected when creating the tise (small, medium, or large), and that the shipping providerโ€™s terms and conditions apply to all shipments via Tise ๐Ÿšš
