​💳 When you receive a bid, the amount is immediately reserved on the buyer's payment card. A bid is valid for 7 days and can be withdrawn by the buyer until you have accepted the bid.

🤝 When the bid is accepted, you will receive a QR-code that is connected to the shipment. Then you deliver the package to your preferred Postnord service point for shipping.

📦 Once the item has been delivered to the buyer, the buyer has 24 hours to report any problems. After this time, the purchase is automatically marked as approved.
