It is a fee that allows us to offer a secure payment solution and provide support in case of complaints or other issues 💚

How much does it cost?

Seller protection is calculated as a small percentage of the agreed upon price. It’s a minimal cost that helps us maintain a safe and enjoyable platform for everyone 🥰

How do I get seller protection?

You get seller protection when you sell through Tise’s payment solution. This happens when you accept bids from buyers 🤝🏼

More buyers and safer sales. Buyers prefer Tise’s solution because it’s secure for both parties. This means you, as a seller, have a higher chance of selling your item.

Security and trustworthiness. You know the buyer is serious – the payment is automatically reserved on the buyer’s card when they place a bid. The money is securely held by us until the transaction is completed. If any issues arise, we’ll help you resolve them with the buyer.

Easier process. Everything happens in the app – shipping is booked directly through Tise and paid by the buyer, and all you need to do is pack the item and deliver it to the correct shipping provider – whether it’s a locker, post office, mailbox, or doorstep.

Your security is our priority. You don’t need to enter payout information repeatedly, and your personal details are never shared directly with the buyer.

Shipping with peace of mind. Our shipping providers cover loss, damage, or delays, so you can feel secure - just make sure to do your part!

Tise Cash as a reward. After completing a transaction and rating the buyer, you’ll receive 50 Tise Cash. Use them on exclusive offers with our partners in the Cash Store.

Seller protection cannot be opted out of because it covers the fixed costs of payment processing via Stripe and our support services.
