Since Tise is a Norwegian company, parcels will show as sent from a Norwegian address, regardless of the actual shipping location. In other words, you've received the right parcel ๐

The location filter allows you to choose "all", showing all Tises shippable to your location.
Language
You'll find a "see translate" button in the Tise/ad to help you translate descriptions.
Bidding ๐ธ
Shipping option is PostNord. As a buyer, you'll choose a preferable shipping location when placing a bid.
Currency
Prices are shown in the seller's currency. Your bank will handle the exchange rate, so check with them for accurate rates.
Bids are valid for 3 days and can be withdrawn by the buyer until the seller accepts the bid. However, counter-bids cannot be withdrawn by the seller. When placing a bid, the amount is reserved. If the bid is rejected or withdrawn, the reserved amount is released. Reserved amounts typically clear within 7 days. Contact your bank if not received within a week.
Shipment ๐
Shipping option
PostNord will handle shipments when shipping to other countries. Deliver your package to to any PostNord service point. Before delivery, please take a picture of the package. This helps in case of any issues during delivery.
When a bid is accepted, it's tied to the original QR code in the chat. If a package is not registered as sent within 7 days, the bid will be automatically canceled. When using Tise Payment, make sure your item's size does not exceed 60 x 35 x 35 cm.

If your package is missing, you should reach out to Support.
Delivery ๐ฎ
Packages are delivered to a PostNord pick up point (MyPack Collect). Buyers are notified via SMS or email about package arrival. If a parcel is not collected by the recipient within 7 days, it will be returned to the seller.
Once a package has been confirmed delivered, the buyer has 24 hours to report any issues in the chat.

If a problem has been reported after delivery
In situations where a problem with a delivery has been reported, buyer and seller will be contacted by Tise at their registered e-mail address. This step will be initiated, if the situation cannot be resolved directly between the parties.
For damaged items during shipping, please report this issue in the app, choosing "The item was damaged in transport" option. Include details and pictures of the damage and packaging.
