Why is the money reserved? 💸
When you place a bid using the bidding feature on Tise, the amount is reserved in your bank account to ensure you have sufficient funds for the purchase.
The money can only be withdrawn from your account if the bid is accepted by the seller.
What happens if your bid is rejected, withdrawn, or expires? 🕰️
If a bid gets rejected, withdrawn or expires, the reservation is deleted from your bank account, so it will look like nothing ever happened.
In other words, the money was never actually taken from your account, only reserved - that's why you might not see the original reservation nor a refund.
7 days has passed? 🚀
If 7 days has passed and the money has not been released, contact your bank for more information about why the reservations are still being held as everything is as it should be in our systems.
