Why do I need to verify my user on Tise? π
The verification process is a procedure that we have in place to ensure user safety on Tise. In our terms we also reserve the right to require identity authentication.
How do I know when I need to verify my user? π±
When chat function is disabled on Tise, you need to verify your account. Look for the prompt at the bottom of your chats.
Choose continue to verification to move forward with the verification process.
What are my options when it comes to verifying my account?
You will be offered two manners of verification; BankID or manually.
Digital verification
We encourage users to verify themselves digitally, as this is the fastest and easiest way. Depending on your country, you can use BankID, mitID, or Finnish digital ID for instant verification and chat activation.
Manual verification

If digital verification isn't possible, you can choose to manually verify your account. We will then send you a message with instructions.

βIn order for your profile to be verified, please ensure the following:
Your profile is registered with your official name.
Your phone number is registered to your profile, and you have verified via SMS.
Next you'll be required to send us a picture of your valid ID (passport, driver's license, or ID card). Once you are verified, we'll delete the picture from our systems.
