❓General

  • Where do I find Tise-ID?

    You can find the Tise-ID in your chat with the buyer/seller by tapping the three dots at the top right. This code is linked to your purchase through Tise payment.

  • How can I mark the product as sold?
    To manually mark the product as sold, you click directly on the tise and the on the “Mark as sold” button.

  • My money is missing after I placed a bid.
    Bids reserve funds but aren't charged until accepted. If a bid isn't successful, the reservation clears within 3-10 business days, which might delay seeing the initial reservation or a refund.

  • I have an old bank account registered on my user.
    To update your bank information, you can go to the payout information in your profile settings. Check out the following article for further guidance.

  • The seller is not answering

    Sellers do not always respond to inquiries, and unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that. In such cases, we recommend searching for the product again so that you can find other sellers offering similar items.

  • How do I verify my identity?

    We suggest using a digital ID provider such as BankID or MitID for instant verification. Access a chat and follow the steps to use your country's digital ID. If a digital ID isn't an option, proceed with manual verification, which might take up to a week.

  • How to I change my birthday?

    You can change your date of birth through settings → date of birth. If you are under 18 years old, you can take a look at this article.

  • How do I reset my password?
    To reset your password you can follow the steps in this article.

💸 Bidding and payments

  • How do I cancel a bid?
    If the trade has not been accepted by the seller yet, you can click on “cancel the bid” button, in the chat between you and the seller.

  • How do I verify my payout information?

📮 Shipping and delivery

  • What do I do if I miss the shipping deadline?
    If the package is not sent on time, the bid will be automatically canceled. The seller can cancel a transaction until the package is marked as sent.

  • Can I buy multiple items from one seller and receive a single shipment?
    Yes, it is possible to buy several items from the same seller. You can read more about it here.

  • My package is stolen - what to do?
    Please report to the police if theft is suspected.

🔒 Technical and security concerns

  • How can I delete a review that I gave to a user?
    To delete a review, you must contact Support and provide the Tise-ID and the username that is connected to the review that you want to delete.

  • I have two users on Tise. How can I delete one of them?
    If you have two users – you can delete one of them here.

  • Why have I received an invoice from Posten?
    This occurs when shipments exceed the maximum dimensions. The seller will be charged for missing freight plus a handling fee, as it is the seller's responsibility to choose the correct package size.

  • I think I have been scammed. What can I do?
    If you suspect a scam, report the user by clicking the three dots in your chat's top-right corner. We recommend you to use Tise payment for secure transactions.
