Once a bid has been accepted, it is generally binding. It is only the seller that can cancel a bid directly in the app.
If you're having second thoughts, reach out to the seller in the chat and see if they are willing to cancel it. π

If the package has been returned due to address issues:
You will need to contact us so that we can cancel that for you. Find out more about that here.

HeltHjem, Posten and Instabox in Norway:
If your package hasn't been registered as picked up 3 days post planned shipping, bid's automatically canceled. π»

Dao in Denmark:
When using shipments integrated with Dao the bids will be automatically canceled if the shipment is still not registered delivered to a delivery point after 3 days.π

Matkahuolto in Finland:
When using shipments integrated with Matkahuolto the bids will be automatically canceled if the shipment is still not registered delivered to a delivery point after 3 days. π

βIn Sweden & other supported countries:
When using Tise Payment with non-integrated shipping in Sweden the shipments will be automatically canceled if the shipment is still not confirmed shipped by the seller after 3 days. If "meeting for delivery" is chosen as delivery, the bid will be automatic canceled if the buyer and the seller do not meet eachother within 5 days. π€
