A bid with integrated shipping with Helthjem is locked to the pick-up codes.
In some situations, challenges may arise with a shipment that makes it necessary to have the bid canceled. This could be, for example, that the package is too large or that the carrier does not have access to a pick-up address.
In such cases, the shipment must be canceled by the seller in dialogue with Helthjem. When a shipment has been canceled, the seller will receive a confirmation of cancellation from Helthjem, which in turn can be forwarded to support for cancellation.
