Bidding Basics: A 3-Day Window
Bids last for 3 days and you can withdraw until the seller accepts. Sellers can't retract counter-bids. When you bid, we check your card, reserve the amount, and if things don't proceed, the reserved amount usually comes back within a week. πΈπ
Shipping Process: Keep It Simple π¦π
Your bid is linked to a pickup code and if the package isn't picked up or sent within deadlines, the bid is canceled. If you use Tise for shipping, be mindful of the size. π
Any issues with pickup, shipping, or delivery? Reach out to the shipping provider first and share the details when we ask. Simple, right? π
Delivery Details: Receiving, Accepting, or Returning π π€
Packages are delivered to your registered address once the bid is accepted. If delivery isn't possible, we'll notify you about a pickup point. Remember, report any delivery issues within 24 hours of receiving the option to do so. If not, the deal is finalised! π Buyers and sellers, follow the chat instructions, please! π
Post-Delivery: Addressing Problems and Returns! ππ
Reported an issue with your delivery? We'll contact you via email and/or chat for more information. If the received item doesn't meet expectations, document it. Return discussions happen between the buyer and seller. Once an agreement is reached, we help facilitate the agreement. Damaged goods? Contact the shipping company. In most cases, we don't refund service fees, sorry! π
If Things Get Complicated: Handling Disputes Smartly! π€π
Disputes arising? If Tise can't resolve it, consider reaching out to the appropriate authority or consumer council. Complaint outcomes guide our approach π€
Shipping Terms: Following the Rules π¦π€
Using Tise's payment? Understand and comply with the shipping supplier's terms. It's part of the deal! πβοΈ
That's the rundown! Navigate bidding, shipping, and resolving issues with ease. Questions? Feel free to reach out anytime! ππ¬
