This article covers frequently asked questions about using our integrated payment solution for purchasing packages shipped with Helthjem as your chosen shipping provider. Happy Tise’ing 💚

How do I know my package is on it’s way? 💌

Helthjem will keep you updated via SMS, so make sure the phone number you have registered on Tise is correct. You’ll also receive notifications about transportation updates, shipment status, and delivery details in the app.

How can I track my parcel? 🔍

You can track your parcel directly on Helthjem’s website: here, or by clicking the tracking link provided in your chat.

When and where will my package be delivered? 🌎

Packages are delivered overnight to open mailboxes or left on your doormat. There’s no need to personally receive or sign for the package. You’ll get an SMS around 07:00 in the morning after delivery and an update in your chat.

My package is marked as delivered, but I can’t find it. 📭

If you’ve received confirmation that the package has been delivered but can’t locate it, check both your mailbox and doormat. If you live in an apartment building, it’s worth checking your neighbor’s doormat as well. If the package still doesn’t show up, you can contact Helthjem directly here to make a claim.

I ordered home delivery, but my package was sent to a pickup point 🤔

Packages may be sent to a pickup location if their contents are too valuable, large, or heavy, or if Helthjem does not cover your address.

I’ve been told Helthjem couldn’t find me📍

Occasionally, the mailman may have trouble locating your address. In such cases, you’ll receive an SMS or email from Helthjem, allowing you to provide more details about your location. If you don’t update your delivery information by 21:00, the package will be sent to the nearest pickup point.

What do I do if my parcel is damaged or lost during transport? 🤕

In the event of damage or loss, contact Helthjem directly to file a claim here. Tise cannot offer compensation until we receive written confirmation from Helthjem.

What if I would like to cancel the bid?

A bid is automatically canceled if the package is not registered as sent 7 days. Until the package is registered as “sent” the seller may also cancel the trade directly in the chat.

What is the bid limit? 💵

You can make bids up to 2500,-.
