⚠️ Note: This procedure only applies to purchases made through a Second Chance profile. If you follow this guide for a purchase that is not a Second Chance transaction, you may incur additional return costs. If your purchase was not made through Second Chance, please refer to the relevant article.
When purchasing from a Second Chance profile, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
How to return an item
Send a message directly in the Tise chat where the transaction was completed.
Register the return through Posten’s return portal using the return code TiseProfiler (the reference field can be left empty).
Place a note inside the package with the following information:
Your TiseID (for example: “STkRIYmSv” – you can find it in the chat or at the end of the listing link)
Your Tise username
Cost
The return cost is 90 NOK. If the item is incorrect or defective, Tise will cover the return shipping cost (processing time: 2–3 weeks).
Withdrawal form
You may choose to use the Withdrawal Form (available at the bottom of the page), but we recommend registering the return via https://retur.posten.no/ for faster processing.
Important to know
You must notify us within 14 days after receiving the item.
The item must be returned in substantially the same condition as when it was received.
Tise will refund the purchase amount (including the original shipping cost) within 14 days after the returned item has been received.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Items made to special order
Hygiene products where the packaging has been opened
