Seller FAQs 💡

What happens to my photos if someone re-tises an item I sold?

When you create a tise, you’ll have the option to allow the re-use of your photos. If you toggle this on, the buyer will be able to use your original photos when they re-tise the item later. If you leave the toggle off, they’ll need to upload their own photos instead.

I spend a lot of time creating my tises. Why are buyers allowed to copy them?

We understand the effort that goes into creating a great tise. Re-tise offers buyers an easy alternative to returning items that don’t quite fit or that they’ve changed their mind about. It saves sellers the time and hassle of managing returns, refunds, and related post-purchase user conversations. Plus, it helps keep fashion circular!

Does this mean I don’t have to offer returns?

No. Re-tise gives buyers another option if they’ve changed their mind about the item or if it doesn’t quite suit them, but it doesn’t replace their statutory rights as a buyer.
