Does Tise have a return system? 🤔
No, currently Tise does not have a dedicated return system. This means that neither ongoing purchases nor completed transactions can be returned directly through the app.
What should I do if both parties agree on a return – without the buyer submitting a report to Tise? 🫣
Even though Tise does not offer a return system, you can still arrange a return in the following ways if both parties agree:
In-person handover 🤝🏼 If the buyer and seller are located near each other, you can arrange to meet and return the item in person. Any refund must then be agreed upon and handled privately between the parties.
Create a new tise 👔 If meeting in person is not possible, the buyer can create a new tise for the item so that the seller can purchase it back. In this case, the payment will go through Tise and you can avoid handling the payment privately.
💡 Please note that a return agreement is made solely between the buyer and seller at their own risk, and Tise is not responsible for any breach of agreement by either party. You can read more about this in our Terms of Use.
What should I do if both parties agree on a return – after the buyer have submitted a report to Tise? 📝
When a buyer has reported a case to us, all communication regarding a potential return will take place in the chat between the buyer and seller, as well as via email and/or direct chat with Tise’s support team.
In the reported case, the buyer will receive further guidance on how the return should be handled. Our support team will follow up on the case and assist both parties throughout the process with the necessary information.
⚠️ Note! In reported cases, refunds are handled through Tise’s system, and there may be several reasons for a return. In this article, we only cover situations where both parties agree to a return.
What should I do if both parties agree on a return – when I purchased something from Second Chance? ♻️
If you purchased an item from a Second Chance profile, you can follow the dedicated article for further guidance.
⚠️ Note! This procedure only applies to purchases made through a Second Chance profile. If you follow this guide for a purchase that is not a Second Chance transaction, you may risk additional return costs.
Will Tise have a return system in the future? 🚀
We continuously work on improving Tise and regularly evaluate new solutions — including a possible return system in the future. Until a return process is introduced, the solutions described above apply.
Remember that clear and good communication between buyer and seller is key to a safe and smooth transaction 💚
