There can be several reasons why a payout fails, but the first thing you need to do is check if you have uploaded the necessary documentation to our payment provider Stripe. Check what information is required here 🚀
If all your information is entered correctly, but your payouts are still failing, try these steps:
Check that the last four digits of your registered payout account are correct.
If everything seems right, try re-entering all your payout details.
If that doesn’t work, try adding a different payout account, such as a savings account.
These steps usually solve the issue so you can start receiving your payouts again 💚
When a payout fails, your money will be put on hold until you update your payout information. A new payout attempt will be made within 24 hours after you’ve updated your details 💡
