Where is my payout?

Updated over a week ago

You can usually expect your payout to arrive in your account within 1–5 business days after the buyer has received the package.

Why did I receive my payout earlier? πŸ’Œ

Trusted users may receive their payouts earlier. You can check the expected payout date for your sale in your settings.

Why is my payout higher than expected? πŸ€‘

If you have multiple sales during the same period, the payments may be combined and paid out together. This can result in a higher payout amount.

Why is my payout lower than expected? πŸ€”

Sometimes a buyer may report an issue with the item they purchased and receive a partial or full refund. If you and the buyer are unable to resolve the issue between yourselves, Tise may handle the refund directly with the buyer. You will receive details about this by email. The refunded amount will be registered as a negative balance on your Tise account and deducted from your next payout, which may result in receiving less than expected.

Delayed payout? ⏳

The date you see under β€œMy Sales” in the app is the most up-to-date information we receive from our payment provider, Stripe. Sometimes the payout date in your bank may differ slightly from what is shown on Tise, but usually only by a day or two.

Is your payout information correct? πŸ”

If your payout is taking longer than expected and you do not see the money in your account, double-check that the payout information in your settings is correct. You are responsible for entering the correct information yourself, and Tise does not cover any loss of money caused by incorrectly registered information.
