The payout information can be updated directly in the app's settings under "payouts" or through the web.
Step by step
1. Open the Tise-app or Tise on web, go to Settings → Payouts → My payout Information
2. To receive your payout, it is required that you provide the following details:
Full name
Date of Birth
Address
Bank account
3. After filling in details, tap the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.
4. Tise's Terms of Use must also be accepted when using our payment solution. You can find them under Settings → Privacy and terms → Terms of use and privacy. To confirm, tap the “Approve” button at the bottom of the screen.
Good to know 💡
Our payment provider, Stripe, that handles the information and payments is legally required to complete what is known as a KYC (Know Your Customer) survey for each user who signs up for the app, which includes completing the identity verification for the user of a Stripe account (account to receive payments).
Stripe may request ID and / or additional document documents to ensure account quality. If required, you can upload information directly in the app.
