Accepting a bid ✅
After accepting a bid, you must choose a package size from the three options provided in the chat.
Suggest a new price 💸
If you want to propose a different price, simply tap “Suggest bid”. If you choose a new price, the buyer will automatically receive a counteroffer that needs to be accepted.
What is the bid limit? 💵
You can accept bids up to 300 AUD.
Rejecting a bid 🚫
Don’t want to sell the item anymore? Decline the bid by tapping the “Cancel trade” button.
Shipping provider 🚚
After you have dropped off the package with your local shipping provider, you must tap the “I've sent the package” button in the chat to register that the package has been handed in.
Package size 📦
If you’ve selected the wrong package size for your item, you can change it anytime when accepting a bid.
Cancelling the trade 🙅
If you wish to cancel a trade after accepting it, you can do this directly in the chat. Tap the "Cancel trade" and choose your reason for cancellation. The buyer will not be informed of the specific reason, only that the bid has been cancelled.
You have 3 days to respond before the bid gets automatically withdrawn 💡
