When you receive a bid on Tise

Yay, someone has placed a bid on one of your tises! Here is an explanation on how to proceed after receiving a bid in the app:

Suggest a new price 💸

If you want to propose a different price, simply tap “Suggest bid”. If you choose a new price, the buyer automatically receives a counteroffer that must be accepted before the transaction can continue.

Accepting a bid ✅

When you are satisfied with the price, you can choose to accept the offer. Once this is done, you will receive further instructions directly in your chat with the buyer about how to proceed and what applies to the selected shipping provider.

Rejecting a bid 🚫

Don’t want to sell the item anymore? Decline the bid by tapping the “Reject bid” button.

Shipping provider 🚚

Before accepting an offer, we recommend that you double-check your registered address. This ensures that you are connected to a nearby drop-off point and that the address saved in the tise is not an old one.

Package size 📦

If you have selected the wrong package size for your item, you can change it at any time before accepting an offer. Just make sure that the updated size follows the package dimensions of the selected shipping provider.

Cancelling the trade 🙅

If you wish to cancel a trade after accepting it, you can do this directly in the chat. Tap the "Cancel trade" and choose your reason for cancellation. The buyer will not be informed of the specific reason, only that the bid has been cancelled.

You have 3 days to respond before the bid gets automatically withdrawn 💡
