All communication between the parties takes place on the Tise platform
The buyer reports any issues within the applicable deadlines
You must comply with the deadlines set by Tise
The buyer has not sought a resolution through another buyer protection scheme (for example, by stopping a payment through their bank)
What is covered by Buyer Protection? 🤔
Buyer protection applies in the following situations:
If the item arrives so damaged that it is unusable, or never arrives — and the seller or shipping carrier cannot provide valid proof of delivery to the correct address.
If the delivered item is significantly different from what was described in the listing (for example: wrong size, undisclosed damage, missing essential parts, or if the item is counterfeit).
In cases where the item differs from the description, it will usually need to be returned to the seller in the same condition as when it was received and sent back using tracked shipping.
