The reservation process 💸
When you place a bid on Tise, a reservation is created on your bank account for the amount you bid — including shipping and the service fee. The money is only deducted from your account when the seller accepts your bid.
What happens if your bid is rejected, withdrawn, or expires? 🕰️
If a bid is rejected, withdrawn, or expires, the reservation is removed from your bank account. When this happens, you will not see the original reservation or receive a refund, because the money was never withdrawn — it was only reserved.

If 7 days have passed and the money has still not been released, please contact your bank for more information about why the reservation is still being held.
