What can be reported on Tise

We want Tise to be a safe and trustworthy marketplace for everyone 💚

That’s why it’s important for us that you let us know if you discover something that doesn’t feel right. Whether it concerns a listing, a user, or a conversation, you can easily report it. The reported user will not be notified about your report.

How to report something on Tise

There are different reporting options depending on whether you are reporting a tise (listing), a user, or a conversation. Below we explain what the different options mean so it’s easier for you to choose the correct category.

Report a tise (listing) 👟

  • Counterfeit

If you suspect the item is not authentic (for example branded items that are fake). Selling counterfeit goods is not allowed on Tise.

  • Product not allowed

Applies to items that are not permitted for sale on Tise according to our rules, such as illegal products.

  • Fraud or scam

If you believe the listing is a scam attempt, for example if the item does not exist, the seller provides misleading information, or tries to deceive buyers.

  • Harassment / abusive / threatening

If the listing contains harassing, threatening, or abusive content directed at you, individuals, or groups.

  • Offensive / inappropriate

If the listing contains offensive, inappropriate, or unacceptable content, such as explicit material or anything that violates Tise’s rules.

  • Misleading descriptions or hashtags

If the description, images, or hashtags are incorrect or intentionally misleading to attract attention.

  • Intellectual property issue

If the listing violates someone’s intellectual property rights, such as copyright, trademarks, or design rights.

  • Other

If the issue does not fit into the categories above. Please describe the problem as clearly as possible.


Report a user 👤

  • Impersonating / fake user

If the user is pretending to be another person or company, or is using a fake identity.

  • Issue with transaction

If there has been a problem related to a transaction, such as missing delivery, incorrect item, or payment disputes.

  • Fraud or scam

If you suspect or experience a scam attempt, such as fake payment confirmations or pressure to complete a transaction quickly.

  • Harassment / abusive / threatening

If the user sends harassing, threatening, or abusive messages or listings directed at you or others.

  • Offensive / inappropriate

If the user shares or publishes offensive or inappropriate content.

  • Request to complete transaction outside Tise

If the user asks you to complete payment or continue communication outside the

Tise platform, which can be risky.

  • Selling prohibited items

If the user is selling items that are not allowed on Tise.

  • Underage user

If you suspect the user does not meet the minimum age requirement to use Tise.

  • Other

If the issue does not fit any of the categories above. Provide a short and clear description of the problem.


Report a conversation 💬

  • Issue with transaction

If the conversation reveals problems related to a transaction, such as disagreements about payment, delivery, or the item.

  • Fraud or scam

If the conversation includes attempts to scam, such as fake payment confirmations or pressure to complete a transaction quickly.

  • Harassment / abusive / threatening

If the conversation contains harassing, threatening, or abusive messages directed at you or others.

  • Offensive / inappropriate

Use this if the conversation contains offensive, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.

  • Request to complete transaction outside Tise

If the user asks you to complete payment or continue communication outside Tise, which may be risky.

  • Spam

Select this if the conversation contains unwanted advertising, repeated irrelevant messages, or mass messaging.

  • Other

Use this if the content of the conversation does not fit any of the categories above. Please describe the issue clearly.
