When purchasing items through our integrated payment solution, you have 24 hours to report any issues. The deadline for reporting starts when the package is registered as delivered by the shipping company, or when you pick up the package from the selected pickup point 💡
If you don't have time to check the item within the 24h deadline, you must do the following:
When you receive the delivery confirmation in the app, enter the chat between you and the seller, where you can then choose to report a problem ⛔
You will then have the option to choose the category “I’m unable to inspect the item within the 24-hour deadline,” which will extend the deadline by an additional 72 hours ⏰
If you need a longer postponement, you must inform Support directly in the report you’ve created to keep the case open!
