This article covers frequently asked questions about using our integrated payment solution to purchase packages shipped with Bring as your chosen shipping provider. Happy Tise’ing πŸ’š

How do I know my package is on it’s way? πŸ€”

Bring will keep you updated via SMS. You will also receive notifications for transportation events, shipment status, and delivery information in the app.

How can I track my parcel? πŸ”

You can track your parcel directly on Brings website: here, or by clicking the tracking link given in your chat.

Which location is my package going to be delivered to? 🌎

When placing a bid, you can choose a preferred pickup point. Bring will also automatically calculate a pickup point based on you address information, so please check that the address you have registered on Tise, is the correct one.

How do i collect my parcel? πŸ’Œ

When the package is ready to be collected, Bring will send out an SMS with the pick up code, or/and through the Bring app, so please check that the phone number you have registered on Tise is the correct one.

How long do I have to collect the parcel? πŸ“¬

You have 7 working days to collect the parcel from the time it arrives at the Bring pick-up point. The last possible collection day will also be stated in the SMS that you receive, as well as in the chat you have with the seller on Tise.

What happens if I forget to pick up the package? βŒ›

As a buyer, you accept that if you do not collect the item at the selected collection point within the given time frame, the package will be returned to a Bring terminal and the seller will be paid out for the sale.

What do I do if the parcel has been damaged or lost during transport? πŸ€•

In both cases, you must contact Bring directly to file a claim for a missing or damaged package. Tise can not provide any compensation until we receive written confirmation directly from Bring.

What if I would like to cancel the bid? ⏰

A bid is automatically canceled if the package is not registered as delivered to a Bring shop after 7 days. Until the package is registered as β€œsent” the seller may also cancel the trade directly in the chat.

What is the bid limit? πŸ’΅

You can make bids up to 2500 DKK.
