Do I have to enter the recipient's address or personal info anywhere? ✍🏼

No, when you accept a bid on Tise, you will receive a label-free code (BRING-XXXX-XXXX) in the chat that contains all the necessary information for the shipment. This code must be written clearly on the package. Alternatively, you can use a QR code provided in the Bring app for a quick drop-off at a parcel shop.

How should the parcel be packed? 📦

The parcel must be securely packed according to the content, so the package can withstand transport and handling at the terminal. You may follow Brings advice for safe packaging here.

What are the size dimensions of a parcel? 📐

The parcel must be within the dimensions of 45 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm and cannot weigh more than 3 kg.

How do I know the package is on it’s way? 🤔

How long is the delivery time for shipments?

Expected delivery time for shipments is between 1-3 working days.

What do I do if I have to cancel the shipment?
