No, when you accept a bid on Tise, you will receive a unique shipping code in the chat, which should be clearly written on the package (S-XXXX). This code contains all the necessary information for the shipment.
How should the package be packed? ๐ฆ
The package must be packed securely based on itโs contents to withstand transport and handling at the terminal. If the package is not packed well enough, there is a risk that the buyer will be refunded for any potential damages.
Can the buyer add multiple items from my profile to one shipment? ๐

Can the package be picked up at my address? ๐ฎ
Yes, Helthjem offers pickup from doormats in both apartment buildings and houses, provided the mail man have access. The exception is residences with shared boxes for parcel pickup and delivery. For single-family homes with individual mailboxes, the pickup will occur at the mailbox.
What are the size dimensions for a package? ๐

Helthjem will keep you updated via SMS. You will also receive notifications about transport events, shipping status, and delivery to the recipient's mailbox directly in the app. You can also track the package here.

This depends on the shipping location and the destination, but the typical delivery time is 2โ3 working days.
What should I do if I need to cancel the shipment? โฐ
A bid is tied to the provided shipping code and will be automatically canceled if the package is not handed in or picked up by the shipping company, within the given deadline. If the package has not been sent, you can cancel the trade yourself by clicking the "Cancel trade" button in the chat with the buyer.
