When can I create a review? ✅
After completing a sale or purchase on Tise, both the buyer and seller can review each other. Reviews become visible once both parties have submitted theirs - or automatically after the 30-day review period if only one user leaves a review.
What are the perks of using the review function? 🤔
By giving reviews to other users and receiving reviews yourself, you will appear as a more reliable user and can even earn a check mark as an approved, trusted member of the community. To achieve this, you’ll need three 5-star ratings from other users.
Can I write any feedback in the review? 💭
Yes! You can also add a short comment about how the trade went when you create a review. This will appear on the other user’s profile, so your feedback may help influence other users to buy and/or sell from the same user.
Where is the review overview? 💫
Your review overview will be displayed directly on your profile, where you can keep track of how many reviews you’ve received and your overall rating. On your own profile, you will only see reviews that other users have given you. To see the reviews you’ve given to others, you’ll need to visit their profiles.
Can a review be deleted? 🗑️
We believe that a reliable review system is crucial for creating a safe and inclusive marketplace. To maintain the integrity of this system, we have a very high threshold for deleting reviews once they are given.
We only remove reviews if the reviewer themself requests it or if we receive proof that the transaction never took place. If you need any help, feel free to reach out to support and provide the Tise-ID and username associated with the review.
