When shipping a parcel with Sendle through Tise, make sure to choose the parcel size that best matches your item. If the item doesn’t fit your selected size, or you’re unsure it will be large enough, please choose to size up.
Size suggestions are available when you create a new tise 💡
You can choose between three sizes:
Small
13 x 20 x 15 cm, and up to 1 kg
Medium
20 x 20 x 30 cm, and up to 3 kg
Large
25 x 35 x 23 cm, and up to 5 kg
What should I do if I’ve already accepted a bid but the package exceeds the maximum dimensions? 📦
If your package exceeds the maximum size limits, you can decline the offer in the chat, by tapping the bid you received. If you need to size up to a size we do offer, please update your tise and ask the buyer to place a new bid after you’ve made the changes.
If you still send the package with an incorrect shipping size, you might receive an invoice from the shipping provider.
