Sending packages

Should I write the name and address of the recipient on the package?
You must only use the QR-code that you have received from Tise. You send the package by taking it to a service point for PostNord and referring to the received QR code.

How should i pack the package?
The package must be packed properly according to the contents, so that the package can withstand transport and handling.

Shall I add stamps or buy postage at PostNord?
No, only the received QR-code issued to the sender via Tise applies to this service.

How long does it take to send a package?
This will vary depending on where you are sending from and where the package is to be sent. PostNord MyPack Home Small items are normally delivered to the recipient’s mailbox no later than two (2) working days after being handed over for sending.

Are packages collected from locked mailboxes?
No.

What are the maximum dimensions and weight for packages?
All packages can be the size of a large letterbox (approx. 34 cm x 24 cm x 7 cm) and weigh up to 3 kg.


What are the minimum dimensions and weight for packages?
All packages must be at least 140 mm x 90 mm x 15 mm in size and weigh more than 150 grams.

What do I do when the tracking has stopped?
Even if the tracking shows no movement, it does not necessarily mean that the package has stopped. Usually the packages are delivered within a couple of days, but it can take up to one week. If the tracking has not changed after more than 7 days, you can contact PostNord.

What do I do when I have to cancel the shipment?
The bids are locked to the QR-codes and will be canceled automatically if the packages have not been registered and sent by PostNord within the deadline.


Delivery of packages

My package says delivered, but I can't find it?
If you have received information that a parcel has been delivered, but you cannot find it, it may be a good idea to check with your neighbor as well. Should the package still not appear, you can contact PostNord.

I am away when the package is to be delivered
If you are away when a package is to be delivered, you must contact PostNord. PostNord can try to help you send the package to a service point.

Do I have to be at home to receive the package?
The packages are delivered to your mailbox, and you therefore do not need to personally receive or sign for the package. A notification via Tise, SMS, e-mail or PostNord APP shall be sent on the same day as the parcel has been delivered.

I have entered the wrong address
If the package has already been sent, you must contact PostNord and check whether it is possible to send the package to a service point.

I have received a damaged package
Contact PostNord’s customer service and attach documentation on the content to register the case.

I have ordered home delivery, but the package is sent to a service point
If a PostNord MyPack Home Small item does not fit into the recipient’s mailbox, notification that it can be collected is issued. Such notification is provided via SMS, e-mail or PostNord App or letter.
