Delayed registration of the shipment ⌛
In the event of a late drop off or registration of the shipment, the seller is always obliged to first contact the shipping company to investigate the situation. Information received in contact with the shipping company must be sent to Tise upon request.
Package has not been picked up in time 📦
As a buyer, you acknowledge that if you do not pick up the item from the selected pickup point within 7 days of its arrival, the package will be returned to the shipping company's terminal, and the purchase will be considered completed.
Deviation detected after the delivery ⛔
In situations where a problem with a delivery has been reported within the 24 hour deadline, the buyer will be contacted by Tise at their registered email address and/or support chat for further proceedings and investigations. Depending on the reason reported by the buyer, the seller can usually expect to be contacted by Tise within a week.
If there is not made a report after the given deadline of 24 hours, the item will be automatically marked as approved and the seller will be paid out. If this happens or the item has been marked as received and approved by the buyer, the buyer can not promote such claims.
If the buyer is dissatisfied with the item and thinks it is not as expected from the seller's description, pictures in the ad or given information in the chat, this must be documented. To see if a reported issue is considered significant or not, you can check out this article.
Buyer and seller is always obliged to follow the instructions given in the chat and/or by email.
The item was received damaged 🤕
If the package has been damaged during shipment, the buyer must report the damage to the shipping company within 5 days of delivery. The shipping company will need pictures of the inner and outer packaging as well as the damaged contents.
Tise is unable to compensate for any packages or damages without direct confirmation from the shipping company. In the event of any compensation related to an agreement between the parties or compensation reported by the shipping provider, the service fee for use of the service will not be compensated.
If the buyer, seller or shipping company does not agree on the situation and / or that Tise cannot settle the matter on the basis of the submitted documentation, the buyer must take the matter to the appropriate authority (the country's consumer council / legal system) for further proceedings. A result based on a complaint case will affect how we handle the case.
