Norway with Helthjem, Posten and Instabox 🇳🇴
Helthjem allows packages up to 25 x 35 x 12 cm and 5 kg.
Posten has the same limits as above, but also offers a larger pacakge; Stor Norgespakke, 60 x 60 x 120 cm, 10 kg.
With Instabox, you can choose from small 9 x 16 x 59 cm, medium 24 x 39 x 59 cm and large 39 x 39 x 59 cm up to 20 kg.
Denmark with Dao 🇩🇰
When using shipments with the integrated Dao, you must make sure that the maximum dimensions of your package is 60 x 35 x 35 cm and that it is not heavier than 5 kg.
Finland with Matkahuolto 🇫🇮
Matkahuolto deliveries has the following maximum dimensions of your package; 70 x 57 x 40 cm and not heavier than 10 kg.
Sweden with PostNord 🇸🇪
PostNord delivery allows the following maximum dimensions of your package; 34 x 24 x 7 cm and not heavier than 3 kg.
Make sure that the package is not smaller than 140 x 90 x 150 mm and not lighter than 150 grams. Your package should be secure and compact, e.g. by compressing it to remove empty spaces for better efficiency 💚
What to do if I have already accepted the bid and the package exceeds the maximum dimensions? 📦
If your package exceeds the maximum dimensions, you can decline the bid, or let the deadline expire to get the bid canceled. We recommend that you inform the buyer, and arrange an alternative shipment and payment for the item, if it is desired to complete the transaction.
If you still decide to send the package and it gets picked up, you might receive an invoice from the shipping provider.
