How do I get my payout information approved?
How do I get my payout information approved?
Updated over a week ago

In order to receive payments from Tise, the payout information in the app settings must be approved by our payment provider Stripe. The payout information can be updated directly in the app's settings under "payout information" or updated directly on the web here.

Step by step:

1. πŸ“±Open the Tise app, go to settings, and find "Payout Information." Alternatively, update info on the web platform.

2. 🏑 To get paid out, we require that you provide these details:

  • Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Address

  • Banking Info

If you are under 18 or do not have the necessary documents, you can register your account with a guardian (example: a parent). You can still register your own bank information to receive payments in your personal bank account.

3. πŸ“ The Terms of Use must also be approved and this is done by pressing the button to the right of "Accept Terms of Use".

4. πŸ”Ž After filling in details, hit "Update" in the top right corner and the status bar at the top will display the following text: "Your user is ready to receive payments".

5: βœ… Verification and Approval

Wait for the magic words: "Your user is ready to receive payments."

Good to know

Our payment provider may request ID and / or additional document documents to ensure account quality. If needed, users can upload information directly in the app. If under 18, consultation with a guardian, like a parent, is required.

ID Verification and Guardian Consent πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘¦

If needed, you can upload requested documents directly within the app. For users under 18, involving a guardian, like a parent, is crucial when submitting this information.

Stripe's KYC Survey2

Stripe, our payment provider, is legally obligated to conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) survey for every app user. This includes identity verification for the Stripe account linked to receive payments, ensuring security and compliance.

Manual Verification:

Should Stripe be unable to verify your identity automatically, additional documentation may be required for your Tise account. This step is a precautionary measure to enhance security.

Updating Your Information:

To keep your account information current, you can register or make changes directly under "payout information" in the app settings. Ensuring accuracy is vital for a seamless Tise experience.

Conclusion:

By understanding and following these verification procedures, you contribute to the security and efficiency of the Tise platform. For any questions, our support team is ready to assist. Thank you for being a valuable member of the Tise community!

In some cases, our payment provider will ask for an ID and / or additional document to be sent to quality assure the user account. Should this become relevant, you will be given the opportunity to upload this information directly into the app, and therefore if you are under 18, this information must be uploaded in consultation with a guardian (eg: a parent).

Our Stripe payment provider that handles the information and payments is legally required to complete what is known as a KYC (Know Your Customer) survey for each user who signs up for the app, which includes completing the identity verification for the user of a Stripe account (account to receive payments).

If our payment provider Stripe cannot programmatically verify your identity, we may need additional documentation to verify your account.

If the information registered on you today is incomplete, you can register and change it here. You can also do this directly under "payout information" in the app settings.
