Here you'll find the maximum dimensions for shipping with us! 💚 We'd like to remind you that different shipping providers may have varying maximum measurements:
🇳🇴 In Norway with Helthjem, Posten and Instabox
HELT HJEM allows packages up to 35 x 25 x 12 cm and 5 kg. POSTEN has the same limits but offers a bigger "Stor Norgespakke" option (60 x 60 x 120 cm, 10 kg). With INSTABOX, you can choose from small (9 x 16 x 59 cm), medium (24 x 39 x 59 cm), and large (39 x 39 x 59 cm) up to 20 kg.
🇩🇰 In Denmark with Dao
When using shipments with the integrated Dao delivery you must make sure that the maximum dimensions of your package is 60 x 35 x 35 cm and that it is not heavier than 5 kg.
🇫🇮 In Finland with Matkahuolto
When using shipments with the integrated Matkahuolto delivery you must make sure that the maximum dimensions of your package is 70 x 57 x 40 cm and that it is not heavier than 10 kg.
🇸🇪 In Sweden with PostNord
When using shipments with the integrated PostNord delivery you must make sure that the maximum dimensions of your package is 34 x 24 x 7 cm and that it is not heavier than 3 kg.
Please also make sure that the package is not smaller than 140 x 90 x 150 mm and not lighter than 150 grams.
Make sure to package in a suitable and efficient manner, e.g. by compressing it to remove empty spaces etc.

📦What to do if I have already accepted the bid and the package exceeds the maximum dimensions?
If your package exceeds the maximum dimensions, you can decline the bid, or let the deadline expire to get the bid canceled. We recommend that you inform the buyer about this, and arrange an alternative shipment and payment for the item, if it is desired to complete the transaction.
If you still choose to post the package and it is picked up/sent, you risk being invoiced by the shipping provider
