Where can I buy a Tise gift card? 💌
You can purchase a gift card directly in the app by going to your Profile → Settings → Tise Gift Card, under the Buying and Selling category.
What amounts can I choose for the gift card? 💰
You can choose the amount yourself, but it must be between 100 NOK and 5,000 NOK.
How long is the gift card valid? ⌛
The gift card will be activated as soon as you complete the purchase and is valid for 1 year from the purchase date. The activation date and expiration date are clearly stated on the gift card.
What happens if I don’t use the gift card before it expires? 💭
If there is any remaining balance on the gift card that has not been used before the expiration date, the remaining funds will be forfeited.
Can I purchase an item in a different currency than the gift card? 🌎
No. With a gift card, you can only purchase items in the same currency as the one the gift card was purchased in. This means that if you receive a gift card in NOK, you can only place bids on items listed in NOK.
What should I do if the item costs more than the value of the gift card? 📈
If the item costs more than the value of the gift card, you will need to use your registered payment card to pay the remaining amount.
What happens if the item costs less than the value of the gift card? 📉
If you purchase an item that costs less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance can be used later when you buy something else.
