How do I know that my package is on the way? πŸ€”

Helthjem will keep you updated via SMS. You will also receive notifications about transport events, shipment status, and delivery to your mailbox directly in Tise.

How can I track my package? πŸ”

You can track your package directly on the Helthjem website here, or by clicking the tracking link shared in your chat.

When and where will my package be delivered? 🌎

Packages are delivered overnight to open mailboxes or directly to your doorstep, so you do not need to personally receive or sign for the package. You will receive an SMS around 07:00 the next morning once the package has been confirmed delivered, along with an update in your chat.

My package is marked as delivered, but I can’t find it πŸ“­

If you have received confirmation that the package was delivered but cannot find it, we recommend checking both your mailbox and the area outside your door. If you live in an apartment building, you may also want to check if the package was placed outside a neighbor’s door. If the package still cannot be found, you can contact Helthjem directly for further assistance here.

I ordered home delivery, but the package was sent to a pickup point πŸ€”

Packages may be sent to a pickup point if:

  • The value of the contents is too high

  • The package is too large or heavy

  • Helthjem does not have delivery coverage at your address

I was notified that the mailman could not find my address πŸ“

Sometimes the mailman may unfortunately be unable to locate your address. In this case, you will receive an SMS and/or email from Helthjem where you can provide additional delivery information. If you do not provide additional information about your delivery location before 21:00, the package will be sent to the nearest pickup point.

What should I do if the package is damaged or lost during transport? πŸ€•

If you receive an item that is damaged, you must contact Helthjem directly to report a damaged package: https://helthjem.no/erstatningsskjema. Tise cannot offer compensation until we receive confirmation directly from Helthjem.

What if I want to cancel the bid? ⏰

A bid will automatically be canceled if the package has not been registered as handed in to Helthjem within 7 days. Until the package is registered as β€œsent”, the seller can cancel the transaction at any time directly in the chat.

What is the bid limit? πŸ’΅

You can place bids of up to 2,500 NOK.
