The location filter allows you to choose "all", showing all listings shippable to your location.

Language

You'll find a "see translation" button in the listing, to help you translate descriptions.


Bidding ๐Ÿ’ธ

Shipping is provided by PostNord and local carrier partners. The buyer will choose a preferable shipping location when placing a bid.

Currency

Buyers will see an estimate of the total price to pay in local currency, but the purchase will be done in the sellerโ€™s local currency. The buyerโ€™s bank will handle the exchange rate and the amount shown on the bank statement might differ from this estimate.

Bids are valid for 3 days and can be withdrawn by the buyer until the seller accepts the bid. However, counter-bids cannot be withdrawn by the seller.


Shipment ๐Ÿ’Œ

Shipping option

PostNord will handle shipments when shipping to other countries. Deliver your package to any PostNord service point. Before delivery, please take a picture of the package. This helps in case of any issues during delivery.

When a bid is accepted, it's tied to the original QR code in the chat. If a package is not registered as sent within 7 days, the bid will be automatically canceled.

Make sure your item's size does not exceed 60 x 35 x 35 cm.

If your package is missing, you should reach out to Support.


Delivery ๐Ÿ“ฎ

Packages are delivered to a PostNord pick up point (MyPack Collect). Buyers are notified via SMS and/or email about package arrival. If a parcel is not collected by the recipient within 7 days, it will be returned to the seller.

Once a package has been confirmed delivered, the buyer has 24 hours to report any issues in the chat.


If a problem has been reported after delivery

In situations where a problem with a delivery has been reported, buyer and seller will be contacted by Tise at their registered e-mail address and/or in the support chat. This step will be initiated, if the situation cannot be resolved directly between the parties.

For damaged items during shipping, please report this issue in the app, choosing "The item was damaged in transport" option. Include details and pictures of the damage and packaging.
